Welcome to the International Impact Book Awards™ website. By accessing or using this website, submitting a book, purchasing a ticket, product, or service, or participating in any International Impact Book Awards program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. About the International Impact Book Awards™

The International Impact Book Awards™ (“IIBA”) is a literary recognition and media organization dedicated to honoring authors whose work demonstrates excellence, leadership, and meaningful impact. Our services include, but are not limited to, book award submissions, media recognition, events, galas, trophies, certificates, digital assets, and related promotional opportunities.

3. Eligibility

Participants of all ages are welcome to submit their books and are eligible for winner status.

Participation is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to submit an entry or participate in any IIBA program.

By submitting a book or engaging with IIBA services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Submissions & Eligibility Requirements

By submitting a book to the International Impact Book Awards, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful author or an authorized representative of the submitted work
  • The submission does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • All information provided during submission is accurate, complete, and truthful

Submission does not guarantee finalist status, award recognition, event invitations, or selection in any category.

All submissions are reviewed according to IIBA’s published review process and judging criteria, which may evolve over time to preserve fairness, integrity, and excellence.

5. Review Process & Award Decisions

All award determinations are made through a structured internal review process that may include objective evaluation tools, subjective human review, impact assessment, and governance oversight.

Award decisions are final and non-negotiable. IIBA does not provide individual score breakdowns, reviewer commentary, internal reports, or comparative rankings.

Non-selection applies only to the specific cohort and category in which a submission was entered and does not constitute a judgment of an author’s worth, credibility, or long-term impact. Authors are welcome and encouraged to reapply as they desire.

6. Services & Optional Offerings

International Impact Book Awards provides book award submission services along with optional promotional and recognition offerings. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Certificates and trophies
  • Interviews and media opportunities
  • Digital assets and featured placement
  • Event and gala attendance

All optional services are independent of the judging process and do not influence award outcomes.

7. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All submission fees, ticket purchases, trophies, certificates, media packages, and related services are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Due to the administrative, digital, and custom nature of award submissions and services, refunds cannot be issued once a submission or payment has been processed.

Event tickets are non-refundable due to venue commitments and advance production costs.
Trophies are custom-made and engraved items and are commissioned immediately upon purchase.

We do offer the ability to exchange your investment for an internal credit to be used on alternative IIBA offerings. Internal credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within the timeframe specified at issuance. If you believe there has been an error with your transaction, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Events, Galas & Attendance

Attendance at International Impact Book Awards events, including the Author of the Year Grand Gala, is optional and subject to availability.

Each ticket grants access to one individual attendee and may not be shared. Plus-one tickets, when offered, are a privilege of attendance and must comply with ticket tier requirements.

IIBA reserves the right to modify event details, locations, schedules, programming, or experiences as necessary to preserve quality and integrity.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Authors retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to their submitted works.

By submitting a work to IIBA, you grant the International Impact Book Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials, including book titles, covers, author names, biographies, synopses, and award status, for purposes related to award administration, promotion, marketing, and media recognition.
