Nim Stant
Founder &
Chief Executive Officer
The International Impact Book Awards was founded by Nim Stant. Entrepreneur, bestselling author, public speaker, and media producer, out of a deep belief that powerful books deserve both recognition and opportunity.
With a background spanning entrepreneurship, media, and global thought leadership, Nim established the organization to bridge the gap between meaningful storytelling and public visibility. Under her leadership, the International Impact Book Awards has grown into a respected platform headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, hosting quarterly awards celebrations and the annual Author of the Year Grand Gala in Hollywood.
Her vision continues to guide the organization’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term impact for authors around the world.
Advisory Board
The International Impact Book Awards is supported by a small group of trusted advisors who provide strategic insight and guidance as the organization grows.
Our advisors bring experience across business, publishing, media, and leadership. Their role is to support vision, standards, and long-term direction. They do not participate in individual book evaluations.
Operations & Support Team
The day-to-day experience of the International Impact Book Awards is managed by a professional operations team committed to clarity, responsiveness, and care.
Our team supports authors through submissions, communications, events, media coordination, and ongoing engagement ensuring that every step of the process is handled with professionalism and consistency.
Our Evaluation Process
At the International Impact Book Awards, every submission is approached with care and consistency.
All entries are reviewed through a structured, independent evaluation process designed to support fairness and objectivity across all categories.
Each book is assessed using standardized scoring criteria, with attention to:
- Clarity of message
- Quality of content and presentation
- Alignment with the selected category
- Overall impact for the intended audience
The evaluation process operates through controlled internal protocols that ensure consistent standards are applied across submissions.
