International Impact Book Awards was founded by Nim Stant, an entrepreneur, bestselling author, media producer, and global advocate for authors whose stories are meant to create impact beyond the page.
Nim is best known for her ability to bridge storytelling, media, and business, helping authors transform their books into platforms of credibility, visibility, and long-term opportunity. Her work sits at the intersection of publishing, entrepreneurship, and media authority—where stories evolve into movements.
A VISION
Born From Experience
Nim’s journey began long before awards, stages, and media recognition.
Born in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, she overcame a life-altering childhood accident that left early doubts about her cognitive potential. Growing up in a system where academic success defined worth, she learned early what it felt like to be overlooked, and what it took to rise anyway.
Rather than allowing limitations to define her, Nim cultivated discipline, resilience, and an uncommon drive to excel. That internal transformation would later become the foundation of her work with authors and leaders around the world.
Her story is not one of privilege or shortcuts.
It is one of intentional growth, earned authority, and lived transformation.
FROM THE ARTS
To Global Influence
Nim’s professional path spans more than two decades and multiple disciplines.
She began her career as a classical Thai dancer, later earning a master’s degree in Indian Classical Dance and becoming a recognized Asian-contemporary dancer and choreographer across Asia. Her early work explored the connection between movement, identity, and storytelling, long before “personal branding” became a global conversation.
Alongside her artistic career, Nim became a devoted Ashtanga yoga practitioner and teacher, spending over 15 years educating and mentoring students worldwide. In 2015, she founded Yoga Business Mastery, training yoga teachers and studio owners to build sustainable, profitable businesses, blending mindset, leadership, and execution.
This period laid the groundwork for what would become her signature strength:
helping people turn purpose into structure, and vision into reality.
Entrepreneurship, Media, and Authority
In 2020, Nim founded Go All In Media, solidifying her role as a business strategist and high-performance mentor. Her bestselling book Go All In: A Formula to Accelerate Your Success became the philosophical backbone of her work—teaching commitment psychology, visibility strategy, and disciplined execution.
Recognizing the unmet needs of authors, Nim founded the International Impact Book Awards in 2019 with a clear mission:
to create a credible, media-forward institution that honors impactful books and elevates the authors behind them.
To build this, she gathered a collective of credited entrepreneurs, bestselling authors, media professionals, thought leaders, and visionaries, forming an ecosystem that supports authors at the highest level.
Today, the organization is proudly headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with quarterly galas hosted locally and a highly anticipated Annual Author of the Year Grand Gala in Hollywood—one of the most prestigious literary celebrations of its kind.

Nim is the founder of Nim Stant Productions, a media company specializing in authority-building assets for authors, speakers, and entrepreneurs. Through this platform, she produces:

She is also the creator and host of Global Thought Leaders TV, a branded interview series broadcast on ABC15 Arizona, featuring influential voices across business, literature, and leadership.
